3. PIPEDA Compliance (Canada)

We obtain consent where required, use information only for stated purposes, and implement safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. 4. PHIPA Compliance (Ontario)

We act as an agent or as a health information custodian where applicable, maintain appropriate safeguards, and use PHI only for permitted purposes. We do not use or disclose PHI for marketing without valid consent.
