Pretty Face AI provides AI-powered receptionist and intake services for healthcare and aesthetic practices. Our services are subject to separate service agreements for commercial use.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA) where relevant. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

All content, software, and materials provided by Pretty Face AI are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pretty Face AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
